SKUTOPIA is significantly more cost effective when compared to other 3PL and when accounting for a complete cost per order. On unloading and inbound fees start from $2 per carton and then from $7 per pallet. We can also unload containers up to 40 feet. There is also a putaway fee per item. Furthermore, our last mile delivery pricing is generally $1 to $4 cheaper when compared with any other 3PL due to our high volume of daily delivery and our rate aggregation engine. We make sure that we always book the most cost effective courier as per your delivery SLA.

Additionally, due to our software and robotic automation, the error margin in our facility is significantly lower than any other 3PL - hence, your added costs due to 3PL errors is almost non-existant with SKUTOPIA Robotic Fulfilment.

Yes, you can use SKUTOPIA shipping platform to book traditional couriers only and you can do the pick and pack yourself from your own space without utilising SKUTOPIA Robotics Fulfilment capabilities.

If we dispatch the wrong item, we will process a return and re-dispatch the correct item free of charge. If an item is lost or damaged, we will investigate the cause and responsibility and take action accordingly. SKUTOPIA Shipping Platform gives you access to comprehensive tracking data that allows us to act quickly and ensure customer satisfaction. It's important to note that standard and traditional couriers provide limited insurance if any for lost or damaged items due to their operational errors. As a result, SKUTOPIA is in the process of introducing SKU Protect - an insurance product that will protect your items and give you back the retail value in the case of damage or loss for any reason. This should be available by June 2023.

SKUTOPIA is a 3PL (Third Part Logistics Provider) based in Sydney. The difference between us and other 3PLs, is: 1. We are Urban fulfilment providers. Most 3PLs are based in the outer suburbs, very far from end consumers due to the low rent in these locations. SKUTOPIA 3PL is based in Alexandria within 2 hours drive to 5 million Sydney siders. Having our operation within close proximity to end consumers means we can deliver faster, cheaper and with lower carbon foot print. 2. SKUTOPIA's 3PL ( third party logistics) in Sydney is a Robotics operated Micro fulfilment center. This means that our online merchants can scale seamlessly can grow from 10 orders per day to 10,000 order per day without notice. We will always fulfil order as we do not rely on labour in the same way other 3PL's do. 3. SKUTOPIA 3PL is a micro fulfilment center. Our physical footprint in a lot lighter when compared with other traditional 3PLs. However, our output is a lot larger due to our software and robotics operation. 4. SKUTOPIA is a technology company. This means that we have a large number of developers and logistics experts that are continuously working on improving our operations and providing cheaper, faster and higher quality services to our online retailers and end consumers. Traditional 3PLs are generally manual warehouse operators that rely on external outdated technology providers. 5. Carbon Footprint. Our target for December 2023 is to become an Environmentally positive company. We want to have a positive impact on our environment and more than just offset our carbon impact.
